Hightened error rate on `/--/api/v2/push/send` endpoint

Around 12:30, code containing an authorization bug was deployed to our production environment. Effected users saw 500 Errors when making requests to our api to send push notifications. Automated monitoring notified the on-call engineer, who rolled back the deploy. At around 12:50, errors dropped back to a normal rate.
